POLICIES - Read before buying]
Privacy:
We will not rent or sell your name, address, email address, or any other personal information to any third party. All orders are processed by CCnow using a secure server. Blue Duck Records does not have access to your credit card info, we only get the info needed to fullfil your order; your name, address, contact info, and the items you ordered.
Pre-Orders:
We sometimes have artist's cds available for pre-order, meaning that you can get the album through our on-line store before it is released in stores. For any items labeled "pre-order" your credit card will be billed at the time of purchase and we will ship the item to you as soon as we get it in stock (at least 1 week before the release date).
Pre-Order Contests:
Pre-order contests are subject to 50 or more people pre-ordering the cd. No Prizes will be awarded if less than fifty people pre-order.
Backorders (out of stock items):
Usually items on backorder have already been ordered and we will ship the item when we get it in stock. We will email you to let you know when we ship it.
Returns, Exchanges, Damaged goods:
Sorry, no refunds or exchanges. Damaged or defective CDs will be replaced with the same item at no cost within 30 days of date of purchase. If we send you the wrong item by mistake we will exchange it for the correct item at no cost to you.
